Spring Onion Paratha

Springonionparatha हरे प्याज के पत्ते का पराठा

Spring onion(Green) chopped 1cup

Wheat flour 1 cup

Gram flour 2 tbsp

sesame seeds 1 tsp

carom seeds 1/2 tsp

turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

red chilly powder 1/2 tsp (or as spicy you want)

powdered sugar 1 tsp

oil 2 tbsp

salt to taste

butter/oil/clarified butter as required


Processes

Take wheat flour and gram flour in a bowl. Add washed and chopped spring onion (green portion).. add carom seeds, sesame seeds, turmeric , red chilly pd, oil salt and sugar.

Add water little by little and knead a soft dough.

let it rest for 10-15 minuets

Take a small portion , roll paratha and roast on a skillet with some oil/butter/clarified butter. . It's ready.. enjoy with tomato chutney /pickle/curd
