Usually people make it with fried idlis but I didn't.... Used idlis as it is (neither deep fried nor shallow fried)

Ingredients
Idlis 4-5 cut into pieces
Onion 1 diced
Capsicum 1 cut into big pieces
Bell pepper 1
Spring onions 2 (chopped)
Olive Oil (or any other) 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Green chilli sliced 1-2 (as hot n spicy you like)
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar1/2 tsp
Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp mixed in 2-3 tbsp of water
Method
First of all mix all sauces(soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan add green chilli chopped, ginger , garlic spring onions(green), onions, capsicum, bell pepper ... Sauté on high flame.... Add mixture of sauces and corn flour which is mixed in water.... Add salt if required (all sauces contain salt so taste n then add if required) Lastly add pieces of idlies and mix well.. Garnish with chopped green spring onions... Serve hot... It tastes awesome😊😊
