Garlic Chutney

It is from Maharashtrian cuisine



Dry coconut grated 1/2 cup
Garlic 1 pod (15-18 cloves)
sesame seeds 1 tbsp
cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
red chilly powder 2 teaspoons (use kasmiri chilli powder for vibrant colour)
salt to taste.

Dry roast grated coconut  on low heat till light brown in colour
dry roast sesame seeds and cumin seeds.
let cool sesame seeds cumin seeds and coconut  .
Peel garlic cloves
In a mixer /grinder coarsely grind cocoanut , sesame n cumin seeds, along with garlic , chilli powder and salt.
It is ready. You can keep it for more than a
week without refrigeration .
