#Paneer_Kofta
For kofta
200 gms paneer
2 boiled n mashed potatoes
1 tbsp corn flour
1 chopped green chilli
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1tbsp 🍋 juice
1 tsp grated ginger
5-6 cashew nuts (Chopped)
Salt
Oil for frying
Mix all above ingredients except cashew nuts n make small ball.. Putting lil chopped cashews in the center...(see pic).. Fry these balls n keep aside.
For gravy
1 onion grated
3 tomatoes blanched n pureed
7-8 cashews soaked in water for 15-20mins
Ginger garlic paste
Chopped green chillies
Garam masala
Red chilli pd
Turmeric pd
3-4 cloves
Cinnamon
Sugar
Oil
1 tbsp Kasuri methi
Blanche tomatoes n make puree with clove, soaked cashews n cinnamon.
In a wok heat oil add grated onion.. Ginger garlic paste n sauté for 2 mins.. Add 🍅 purée.. N cook till it starts leaving sides add salt sugar n all masalas... Water (as enough for consistency of gravy)... Cook for more 3-4 mins... Add kasuri methi .. While serving add paneer balls.
You can add #malai(cream) too
