Paneer Chilli Dry
It is Indo_Chinese recipe. Many ways to make chilli paneer.. sharing my style to make it which is liked by everyone at my home.
Ingredients
paneer 200 grams cut in cubes
Onion 1 diced
Capsicum 1 cut into big pieces
Bell pepper 1
Spring onions 2 (chopped)
Olive Oil (or any other) 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Green chilli sliced 1-2 (as hot n spicy you like)
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Vinegar 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tsp mixed in 2-3 tbsp of water
Method
First of all mix all sauces(soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup in a bowl and keep aside.
Heat few teaspoons of oil in a pan add paneer cubes and sauté till little brown in colour .. remove from oil and keep aside
now in leftover oil add green chilli chopped, ginger , garlic spring onions(green), onions, capsicum, bell pepper ... Sauté on high flame for about 5 minute .... Add mixture of sauces and corn flour.... Add salt if required (all sauces contain salt so taste n then add if required) Lastly add pieces of paneer and toss well.. Garnish with chopped green spring onions... Serve hot... It tastes awesome😊😊
