A perfect and easy dessert, combination of honey and milk with BUN.
Sweet Bun 1
whipping cream 1/2 cup
Milk 1 litre
Honey 4 tablespoons Chocolate sauce /syrup
Tutty Fruity to decorate
In a heavy bottom pan boil milk with occasional stirring to prevent from burning.
Boil it and reduce till one forth of it's original quantity
remove from heat and let it cool.
After cooling add honey to it and blend it with the help of hand blender so that no lums/malai will remain.
and refrigerate for 2 hours.
whipp the cream till peaks formed
Slice the bun from the middle
Spread whipped cream and close it.
pour reduced milk over it.
drizzle chocolate sauce and honey.
sprinkle tutti fruity and serve.
*Honey is healthier and tastes aweome with milk.. but if you want you can use ground sugar too as per taste.
