Masala Mathari

मसाला मठरी

कुछ लोग इसे फारसी पुरी के नाम से भी जानते होंगे ।


wheat flour 1 cup 150 grms
maida 1 cup
oil for moyan 4-5 tbsp
malvani masala 1 tbsp
(youbcan use any other masala/Garam masala)
carom seeds 1tsp
salt to taste
luck warm water as required
pinch of hing

mix all dry ingredient  add hot oil ...mix well.. mixture should look crumbly r now add water little by little  n knead dough .. neither hard nor soft... keep covered for 15-20 mins
Take a small portion ..make medium size ball roll it like chapati..prick it with fork. Cut into desired shape (I hv used oval shape cutter)(MJoshi)

Heat oil in a wok fry these matharis on low medium heat till golden and crisp. Take out on kitchen napkin/tissue paper... let it cool compeletly
enjoy with T or Coffee
