Now a days Hakka Noodle(also known as vegetable chow mein) is one of favourite Chinese dish of not only children but the full grown adults too. Here is my style to make easy to make this yummy dish.
Ingredients
1 packet of noodles(150 grams)
Chopped veggies of your choice
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tbsp Chili sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp Ginger grated
2 tsp garlic finely chopped
Salt
Olive oil (u can take any other oil)
Method
take 5 cups of water and boil it in a wok add noodles n cook 90% (don't over cook)*
Strain n rinse them with cold water.
pour 1 teaspoon oil mix wel and Keep aside..
Ready chopped vegetables
Heat oil in a wide wok.. Add ginger, garlic and onion . Sauté and add all other veggies n toss them.
Add salt** , soy sauce ,chilli sauce and vinegar..
Add noodles continue to toss and cook them for about one minut on high flame.
Hakka noodles are ready😊enjoy
*Avoid over cooking of noodles otherwise noodles become sticky
**While adding salt keep in mind that soy sauce and vinegar contain some amout of salt.
*For Schezwan noodles I add 2 tablespoons of schezwan chutney with all sauces.
